What do you think of your purchase?	The order was taking too long, as it turned out they didn't have the item in stock. But after I called them, they sent a replacement (and slightly upgraded) article straight away. So overall 3 out of 5, I would say.

What do you think of your purchase?	Communication was not a strong point from the email side of things. To get answer and get things moving I had to phone. But once on the phone they were great, sorted myy query and even upgraded my spec to compensate. Thec support engineer was experienced and had my problem solved immediately. I will use them again but communicate by phone.
