the computer arrived with very little signs of use and look like it was almost new. it all works fine and for the price it is quite a bargain. the courier company could be better but that is not the fault of portable universe.
very good service and price. product is in good condition for a refurb and i have saved over 600 quid compared to a new one. thought i would never be able to afford an apple but i am happy now i have one.
After paying just over £100, I was astonished when I received my refurbished laptop is excellent, pristine condition! The machine is fully functioning and I couldn't fault the service I received. My order turned up a lot sooner than expected the staff were friendly and helpful. I wish I had found this company sooner.
The laptop was delivered within the expected time and was in pristine condition, I thought I had been sent a new unit! It performs faultlessly and has obviously been refurbished to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend you to others. Overall an excellent customer experience.
